The MBA program, offered by the Department of Business Administration (FMAS), aims at developing a graduate’s managerial skills, executive personality and intellectual ability through an appropriate blending of general and business education
Our curriculum provides students with a wide-ranging management education of internationally recognized best practices with flexibility of their adaptation to indigenous job market as well as entrepreneurial and societal context. General management skills such as written and oral communication, decision-making, leadership, and teamwork developed among the students at the initial level of the programme provides them with a solid foundation for more advanced studies at the advanced level during the subsequent stages. The taught courses will integrate information and theories from various disciplines including strategic management, financial accounting, business communication, organizational structure, economics, quantitative methods, business strategy, finance and marketing. Finally, this program will prepare the students to think critically about business issues in order to enable them to demonstrate comprehension of complex theoretical constructs in the major business disciplines and develop strategic capabilities.
