Sialkot, Pakistan - The University of Sialkot and Iqra University Karachi have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to strengthen their collaboration and explore opportunities for academic cooperation.
The MOU was signed by Mr. Muhammad Rehan Younas, Vice-Chancellor/Executive Director of the University of Sialkot, and Prof Dr Wasim Qazi, Vice-Chancellor of Iqra University Karachi. Honorable Mr. Faisal Manzoor (Chairman, Board of Governors, University of Sialkot), Mr. Muhammad Yaqoob (Registrar, University of Sialkot) and Prof Dr Ather Azim (Dean, FMAS, University of Sialkot) was also present during the signing ceremony that took place on Thursday, April 27, 2023, at the University of Sialkot.
The MOU establishes a framework for the two universities to work together on a range of initiatives, including joint research projects, student and faculty exchanges, and collaborative academic programs. The agreement also outlines plans for joint conferences, seminars, and workshops to facilitate knowledge-sharing and promote academic discourse.
