The Department of Psychology of the University of Sialkot organised a seminar with Assistant Professor from GCWU Dr. Razia Anjum on "Self-Doubt to Self-Love.” Ms. Razia Anjum fostered a sense of self-love among students with the ultimate aim of spreading positivity within the community. The students arranged various activities such as games, skits, and videos. These activities aimed to shed light on cultural issues while simultaneously boosting participants' confidence, strengthening interpersonal connections, enhancing positive coping abilities, and fostering teamwork among students. Further, Ms. Anjum delivered an interactive presentation emphasising the significance of understanding the underlying causes of self-doubt and the importance of recognizing personal strengths to overcome weaknesses. The students actively participated in all the activities. At the end of the session, Ms. Anjum appreciated the management of the University for providing her a platform to share her knowledge with the shining stars of Pakistan.
