USKT Signs MoU with Resilient Women Network
The University of Sialkot hosted the leadership of the Resilient Women Network (RWN) for the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), reinforcing a shared commitment to women’s empowerment, interfaith harmony, social cohesion, and inclusive education.
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Faisal Manzoor, Chairman Board of Governors, and Prof. (Meritorious) Dr. Muhammad Khaleeq Ur Rahman, Vice Chancellor, along with the Dean, (FHSS), and Heads of Departments from the University of Sialkot. Representing RWN were Mrs. Asiya Nasir, Chairperson and Former Federal Minister; Mrs. Surriya Asghar, President and Former Parliamentarian; and Ms. Huma Chughtai, MNA and Human Rights & Governance Specialist.
The event featured a productive exchange of ideas focused on strengthening community development, promoting social unity, and creating meaningful opportunities through collaborative initiatives. The MoU marks the beginning of a strategic partnership dedicated to fostering positive social change and inclusive learning environments.
Together, USKT and RWN look forward to advancing initiatives that empower communities and contribute to a more inclusive, equitable, and harmonious.
