🎓 Orientation Spring 2026 – University of Sialkot 🌟
The University of Sialkot organized an Orientation Session for Spring 2026, warmly welcoming new students to embark on their academic journey with confidence and ambition.
The session began with welcoming remarks by Mr. Kaleem Raza (Director Admissions), who encouraged students to make the most of the opportunities available and remain committed to their educational goals.
The highlight of the event was an inspiring motivational talk by the Worthy Vice Chancellor, Prof. (Meritorious) Dr. Muhammad Khaleeq-ur-Rahman, who shared valuable insights through international comparison of education systems, emphasizing the need for innovation, critical thinking, and global competitiveness. He also stressed the importance of attendance in educational institutions as a key factor in academic success.
He further elaborated on the strengths of the University of Sialkot, while guiding students about the implications of HEC rules and regulations. Students were advised to avoid disciplinary issues and uphold the values of responsibility and professionalism throughout their academic journey.
The session also highlighted the importance of the University Society Board and student societies, encouraging students to actively participate in co-curricular activities for personal and professional growth. Emphasis was placed on the adaptation of technology to excel in the modern educational landscape.
The vision and mission of USKT management, under the leadership of Mr. Faisal Manzoor (Chairman Board of Governors), were shared to inspire students toward excellence, innovation, and community impact.
Further, Dr. Taimoor Bin Tanveer (Director Academics) provided comprehensive guidance on semester academic guidelines, helping students understand academic structure, policies, and expectations.
Dr. Rooma Qadeer (Director Student’s Information and Facilitation Center) briefed students about university rules, regulations, and administrative hierarchy, ensuring clarity on institutional procedures and student support systems.
The session concluded with an engaging group photograph, capturing the enthusiasm and excitement of the new batch as they begin their journey at USKT.
