University of Sialkot Showcases Global Academic Excellence at the 6th International Student Convention & Expo
Under the visionary leadership of Honorable Chairman Board of Governors, Mr. Faisal Manzoor, the participation of the University of Sialkot at the 6th International Student Convention and Expo 2026, held at FAST University Islamabad from May 3–6 under the theme of academic industry integration.
More than 50 academic and industry organizations participated in this mega event, while hundreds of national and international students enthusiastically engaged in a wide range of activities and competitions. The convention featured tech competitions, sports events, startup showcases, and insightful panel discussions where experts and innovators shared their vision for strengthening academia industry collaboration to drive future progress and innovation.
Mr. Faisal Manzoor graced the event with his presence and visited the USKT stall, where he warmly interacted with both national and international students. During his visit, he highlighted the remarkable progress of the university and shared his vision for advancing higher education in Pakistan through innovation, collaboration, and international partnerships.
The USKT stall also received distinguished visitors including the Executive Director of Higher Education Commission Pakistan along with his delegation. They appreciated the valuable contribution of the University of Sialkot towards strengthening the higher education landscape of Pakistan and empowering students through quality education and global exposure.
Foreign delegates from different countries also visited the USKT stall. Mr. Faisal Manzoor warmly welcomed the guests and presented honorary shields along with Sialkot-made footballs as cultural gifts, proudly showcasing the rich industrial heritage and international identity of Sialkot.
The event reflected USKT’s commitment to building international academic connections, promoting cultural diversity, and inspiring students to become global ambassadors of knowledge and innovation under the dynamic leadership of Prof. (Meritorious) Dr. Muhammad Khaleeq Ur Rahman, Vice Chancellor, University of Sialkot.
