Rooma Adalat

Rooma.Adalatuskt.edu.pk Dr. Rooma Adalat is an academic and researcher specializing in molecular biology, microbiology, and environmental toxicology. She currently serves as the Chairperson of the Department of Zoology at the University of Sialkot. With over five years of teaching and research experience, she has established herself as a dedicated mentor and scholar. Throughout her academic career, Dr. Rooma Adalat has received Gold Medal in BS Zoology. Her doctoral research led to a breakthrough opportunity to participate in the IUBMB-FAOBMB YSP fellowship, where she was invited as a speaker at the International Union of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (IUBMB) forum. As an HEC-approved Ph.D. supervisor, Dr. Adalat has mentored over 30 MS research students. Her expertise encompasses advanced molecular techniques and genetic engineering. She has fostered interdisciplinary research collaborations with renowned institutions including medical colleges, GINUM Cancer Hospital, and WWF, and her research has been published in leading peer-reviewed journals.
