Dr. Sabeen Javaid is a distinguished academic and IT leader with a Ph.D. in Software Engineering from the National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST). She has over 12 years of experience in teaching, administration, and technology management. As the Director of MISD and IT Services and Head of the Software Engineering Department at the University of Sialkot, Dr. Sabeen has been instrumental in modernizing academic and technological infrastructures.
