The BS Biology program at the Department of Biological Sciences, University of Sialkot, offers a strong foundation in the study of living organisms, covering key areas such as molecular biology, genetics, microbiology, zoology, botany, and biotechnology. The program emphasizes critical thinking, laboratory techniques, and research skills, while highlighting applications in agriculture, animal sciences, allied health sciences, and the biotechnology industry. Graduates will be well-prepared to compete for teaching and research positions and will also be eligible to pursue higher studies in diverse areas of biosciences, including biotechnology, environmental sciences, health sciences, agriculture, and animal sciences.
They also have an opportunity to apply theoretical foundation in a real-world setting.
