MS in Business Administration Program is equivalent to 18 years qualification if earned credits in degree are 30 or more (For Business Students) and are 60 or more (For Non-Business Students). In the regime of globalization, where information technology is posing new challenges that warrant a research focus to evolve future business strategies, the field of management sciences is going through rapid changes, the Department of Business Administration at University of Sialkot has launched MS program which focuses on providing quality education and dedicated research environment for solving multifarious problems of finance, marketing, HRM in the sectors of manufacturing, agriculture and services of Pakistan.
They also have an opportunity to apply theoretical foundation in a real-world setting.
PEO-1: MS Business Administration (PEO's): To groom students to implement optimum market research techniques.
PEO-2: MS Business Administration (PEO's): To develop business skills in students by analyzing different models of businesses so that they can take the initiative to start their businesses.
PEO-3: MS Business Administration (PEO's): To prepare the students to pursue higher education.
PLO-1: MS Business Administration (PLO's): Conduct independent and original research to generate new insights and solutions for complex business and management problems.
PLO-2: MS Business Administration (PLO's): Critically evaluate and integrate advanced theories, models, and frameworks to address strategic and operational challenges.
PLO-3: MS Business Administration (PLO's): Apply quantitative and qualitative research methods to collect, analyze, and interpret data for informed decision-making.
PLO-4: MS Business Administration (PLO's): Demonstrate the ability to lead, collaborate, and manage projects in diverse and inter disciplinary professional environments.
PLO-5: MS Business Administration (PLO's): Present research findings and professional analyses clearly and persuasively to academic, professional, and policy-making audiences.
The minimum credit hours to complete this program are 30 hours, while the maximum are 36 hours.
The minimum Duration to complete this program are 2 years, while the maximum are 3 years.
Since the degree offers specialization, therefore in the modern global arena, a wide range of employment and academic opportunities exists for such graduates (specialists). Moreover, after successful completion of MS Management Sciences you will be able to get opportunity (but not limited to) to be a Brand Manager, Account Manager, International Business Manager, Marketing Executive, Business Technical Consultant, Business Development Executive, HR Manager and Management Consultant. You can also move ahead for higher education (e.g. PhD and DBA) and for professional qualifications (e.g. CA, ACMA, CPA, CIMA).
