The ADP Aviation Management program at the USKT equips students with broad, industry-specific knowledge to excel in the dynamic field of aviation. This multidisciplinary course includes a study of airline operations, airport management, aviation laws, safety, and emerging technologies. With a blend of theoretical and practical exposure, the program prepares future leaders capable of navigating complexities, improving operational efficiency, and spearheading innovation in the global aviation industry.
They also have an opportunity to apply theoretical foundation in a real-world setting.
PEO-1: ADP Aviation Management (PEO's): To develop graduates with strong analytical and reflective thinking abilities to solve complex aviation business problems using appropriate quantitative and qualitative techniques.
PEO-2: ADP Aviation Management (PEO's): To equip graduates with effective written and oral communication skills for preparing professional aviation business documents and delivering impactful presentations using relevant technologies.
PEO-3: ADP Aviation Management (PEO's): To empower graduates to identify and analyze ethical conflicts and sustainability issues in the aviation industry and make responsible business decisions considering multiple stakeholders.
PEO-4: ADP Aviation Management (PEO's): To foster collaborative learning and leadership capabilities, enabling graduates to apply core aviation knowledge, teamwork, and strategic planning tools within an integrated aviation business environment.
PLO-1: ADP Aviation Management (PLO's): (Critical Thinking & Decision Making): Graduates will be able to identify, analyze, and solve aviation business problems using analytical, reflective, quantitative, and qualitative techniques.
PLO-2: ADP Aviation Management (PLO's): (Effective Communication): Graduates will be able to draft effective aviation business documents and deliver professional oral presentations using appropriate technologies.
PLO-3: ADP Aviation Management (PLO's): (Ethics & Sustainability): Graduates will be able to identify and analyze ethical conflicts and sustainability issues involving aviation stakeholders (e.g., PCAA, parents, students, NBEAC) and make informed decisions.
