PhD Islamic Studies is a 3 min. years -8 Max. years degree program envisioned primarily for the students who desire an intensive introduction to the primary Islamic sources to elaborate solutions for the Muslim world’s contemporary issues and challenges. The program mainly focuses on ‘Islamic Studies, with special emphasis on various dimensions of the Quran, Hadith, Serah, Islamic History, Fiqh, Islamic Philosophy, Tasawwuf, Ilm ul Kalam, and World Religions. It also aims to provide the growing demand for internationally oriented programs that offer education in Islamic Studies.
They also have an opportunity to apply theoretical foundation in a real-world setting.
The minimum credit hours to complete this program are 42 hours, while the maximum are 42 hours.
The minimum Duration to complete this program are 3 years, while the maximum are 5 years.
