Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) is our newly offered program under the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences umbrella. This program offers comprehensive theoretical, practical and professional knowledge to the students who want to develop a career in physical therapy. Physiotherapists are highly skilled health professionals who deal with diagnosis, intervention, and treatment of movement dysfunctions to improve the quality of life by removing activity limitations and participation barriers. Currently, there is a massive demand for skilled physiotherapists all over the world, including Pakistan. There is an increasing demand for Physiotherapists in Pakistan, and a considerable gap exists in demand and supply issues in the country. The University of Sialkot aims to train the students to fulfill the required workforce as a professionally skilled physiotherapist, equipped to provide quality care through a clinician, researcher, and consultant.
